The Cow and The Pond - Betgari, Bangladesh

Reading that Heather is currently in Bangladesh got me feeling all nostalgic about the month I spent there back in 2007. Such an intense, overwhelming, amazing place!

  3. this brought me back to my childhood. i lived there for 2 years. talk about intense nostalgia... a huge flood of memories looking at these photos. so many memories, and remembered friendships, wondering what happened to those children who were my neighbors, who lived in huts... we didn't always speak each others language, but somehow, bonds were formed and we spent all our time together, playing, creating, building...

beautiful photos you have captured here.

i miss the time i had in this country and wish i could go back to this place i once called home, even if only for a short while.

  10. Amanda Mae - Oh Im so happy to hear youve been there too! Its not the most popular of holiday destinations...

OLD BRAND NEW - Eeeeep - you made me blush! I like your photos the best!

Sadie - Yes, good guess - a lot of these were taken with my XA (the others with my canon 3000v)! Kind of missing getting photos actually printed, now... But where to store them all?
